DataCyber Kitchen provides culinary services including but not limited to:
- Private chef experiences
- Cooking classes and workshops
- Weekly meal preparation services
- Culinary consultation
- Recipe development
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Registration and Account
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Booking and Payments
Booking Process
All services must be booked through our website or by contacting our team directly. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment Terms
Payments for services must be made in accordance with the following terms:
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Full payment is required before service delivery for most services
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
- Taxes will be applied as required by law
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made according to the following guidelines:
- 48 hours notice required for full refund of deposits
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge
- Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund
User Conduct
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Transmit any viruses or malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DataCyber Kitchen or our content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Our recipes, cooking techniques, and culinary methods are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.
